Your role

Your responsibilities

• Support for E2E Supply Chain Planning management activities (supply planning, analysis, risk management, demand management).
• Supports recommendation and scenarios preparation in supply planning.
• Support for Customer Care and Demand Management activities (order management, invoicing, reporting).
• Support overall Group Supply Chain activities.
• Act as a back-up for the rest of the Group Supply Chain team.
• Act as a point of contact internally and externally for shipments related queries.
• Support in gathering and consolidating the forecasts (reporting, gap and risks analysis).
• Act as a team member for Material Board (project management).
• Reports Customer Service performance.
• Reports and presents the data regarding customer service and PBs performance in OTC area in respective meetings.
• Prepares, takes part and document meetings with internal and external teams.
• Supports preparation of presentations and reports.
• Supports SAP rollout/improvements projects.
• Represents Group Supply Chain in projects to which he/she is designated to.

If you have

• Academic Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related.
• More than 2 years’ experience in the supply chain area, preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge and in-use experience.
• Experience in working in SAP OTC related processes.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Very good analytical skills.
• High presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Able to work effectively under stress and pressure.
• Business relationships building skills.
• High work ethics and business maturity.
• Fluent English.
• Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
