Scope of Responsibilities:
  • handling customers and carriers in matters related to customs procedures and the execution of air freight shipments;
  • submitting import and export customs declarations;
  • correctly preparing SAD documents with attachments for importers and exporters in accordance with applicable law;
  • cooperating with the customs office to ensure proper documentation;
  • cooperating with clients;
  • responsibility for maintaining required quality standards.
Our Requirements:
  • a valid entry on the list of licensed customs agents;
  • experience in preparing documents for customs clearance will be an additional asset;
  • minimum secondary education;
  • a communicative level of English is welcome;
  • good knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • good work organization, independence, engagement, teamwork skills, and communication skills;
  • at least 6 months of employment in the current position at UPS (for internal candidates).
